What happens? You lie down and I facilitate a bespoke meditation dependent on your requirements. You are invited to lie down, listen and explore the mediation in your mind-body.

Your therapist

Jessica Hirani

I first met Jessica in her yoga class in 2016. I would attend weekly sessions. When I first started out I was quite stressed due to work related pressures and was experiencing lower back pain. As the weeks went by I started to feel much more relaxed and energetic and definitely felt an improvement in my back pain.
Jessica was kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and very skilled at bringing in mindfulness into her sessions. This really helped me experience being much more in the moment rather than getting caught up in the past or worries about the future.
