Loved the sessions with Jessica. She is a lovely person, compassionate, understanding and takes time in explaining everything really well. She takes feedback and really wants to ensure her students are getting the best knowledge. Having done her sessions has made me so much stronger both mentally and physically as I feel confident with the tools she has provided through her sessions. I would thoroughly recommend Jessica always.
